Position Purpose

To provide technical support by investigating field issues, coordinating corrective actions with principals and internal teams, and ensuring effective technical solutions to improve product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Job Description

• Conduct field and in-house investigations of product issues to identify root causes and support timely countermeasure actions.
• Analyze market feedback and coordinate reviews with Dealers, Quality Assurance, and Principals.
• Develop and implement temporary and permanent repair solutions for technical issues in the market.
• Support product quality improvement initiatives to protect brand and product image.
• Conduct testing and validation of new models and variants for suitability under local operating conditions.
• Coordinate special service campaigns and recall/callback activities as required.
• Plan and execute Prevention of Damage (POD) activities, including PDI/PDS procedures and transportation handling methods.
• Provide technical guidance and support to dealers and service teams for effective issue resolution.
• Maintain technical reports, issue tracking, and feedback records for continuous improvement.

Experience and Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering or related field.
• 02 to 04 years of experience in automotive technical services, after-sales, warranty, or quality functions.

Specific Requirements

• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience in field issue investigation and root cause analysis.
• Understanding of OEM technical processes, service campaigns, and product validation.
• Good coordination and communication skills with dealers and principals.
