Position Purpose

This position is responsible for acting as a strategic and operational bridge between the consultancy workforce, client stakeholders, and the central HR team to ensure effective people management, client alignment, and delivery of HR initiatives in offshore environments.

Job Description

  • Serves as the primary HR contact for offshore teams supporting multiple clients.
  • Aligns people strategies with business and client requirements through close partnership with leaders.
  • Addresses employee relations issues affecting performance, delivery, or client satisfaction.
  • Drives engagement initiatives to enhance morale, retention, and productivity.
  • Manages employee grievances and HR queries promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinates with hiring managers and TA for workforce planning and timely hiring.
  • Supports onboarding and induction for smooth new-hire integration.
  • Assists with performance management, including goal setting, reviews, feedback, and PIPs.
  • Identifies development needs and supports L&D, capability building, and succession planning.
  • Tracks and reports key HR metrics such as attrition, attendance, performance trends, and hiring progress to ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensures consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Acts as a bridge between employees and central HR for payroll, benefits, systems, and documentation.
  • Maintains accurate HR records and supports audits, client reviews, and reporting.
  • Supports change management and fosters a positive, inclusive, high-performance culture.

Experience and Qualification

  • MBA / BBA preferably in HR from HEC recognized University.
  • 04 to 06 years of relevant experience preferably in consulting, IT services, BPO, or offshore delivery environments.
