Position Purpose

This role involves coordinating and monitoring project activities, ensuring timely execution, and maintaining stakeholder communication, while supporting process improvement through documentation and data management.

Job Description

  • Coordinate and track project activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, and progress reports.
  • Support project managers in developing project charters, plans, and status updates.
  • Create and manage process maps and workflow diagrams using Microsoft Visio.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely communication.
  • Identify process gaps and assist in implementing process improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks related to project coordination as required.

Experience and Qualification

  • Bachelors in Project Management, Business Administration.
  • 04 to 06 years of experience in a similar role.

Specific Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Visio.
  • Strong understanding of process mapping and documentation.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Comfortable to work from 12 p.m to 9 p.m.
