Position Purpose
This role involves coordinating and monitoring project activities, ensuring timely execution, and maintaining stakeholder communication, while supporting process improvement through documentation and data management.
Job Description
- Coordinate and track project activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, and progress reports.
- Support project managers in developing project charters, plans, and status updates.
- Create and manage process maps and workflow diagrams using Microsoft Visio.
- Perform data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely communication.
- Identify process gaps and assist in implementing process improvement initiatives.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks related to project coordination as required.
Experience and Qualification
- Bachelors in Project Management, Business Administration.
- 04 to 06 years of experience in a similar role.
Specific Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Visio.
- Strong understanding of process mapping and documentation.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Comfortable to work from 12 p.m to 9 p.m.
