Position Purpose
This position is responsible for dealing with enquiries from retailers, sales force, general public, UK Head Office, colleagues and suppliers.
Job Description
- Provide support on telephone and e-mail to retailers, sales force, general public, UK head office, colleagues and suppliers.
- Raise support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of customer requests within set KPI’s.
- Work with key functions to resolve issues.
- Make targeted outbound sales calls to retailers.
- Capture and place orders for stock on the retailers behalf.
Experience and Qualification
- Bachelors from HEC recognized University.
- 02 to 04 years of relevant experience.
Specific Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills, should be fluent in spoken English.
- Previous call center experience for both inbound and outbound calls.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and detail.
- Good working knowledge of MS office.
- Comfortable to work from 01 p.m to 10 p.m.
