Position Purpose

This position is responsible for dealing with enquiries from retailers, sales force, general public, UK Head Office, colleagues and suppliers.


Job Description

  • Provide support on telephone and e-mail to retailers, sales force, general public, UK head office, colleagues and suppliers.
  • Raise support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of customer requests within set KPI’s.
  • Work with key functions to resolve issues.
  • Make targeted outbound sales calls to retailers.
  • Capture and place orders for stock on the retailers behalf.

Experience and Qualification

  • Bachelors from HEC recognized University.
  • 02 to 04 years of relevant experience.

Specific Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, should be fluent in spoken English.
  • Previous call center experience for both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and detail.
  • Good working knowledge of MS office.
  • Comfortable to work from 01 p.m to 10 p.m.
